The Best New Cookbooks 2019
With 2019 well underway, we thought we would take a look at the best new cookbooks still to be released this year. Whilst we’ve already had some cracking cookbooks released this year, there are still plenty more on the horizon to get you excited!
Now, we didn’t focus on a particular theme of cookbook for our 2019 list, we just featured all of the ones we are personally excited for based either on the chef’s previous work or the books description.

TAVERNA - APRIL 4TH
Georgina Hayden, the chef behind the incredible Stirring Slowly Cookbook, is releasing her second cookbook, Taverna.
Georgina takes us on a culinary adventure through cyprus, exploring the rich heritage of her family’s gastro based roots. She whips up a whole host of sensational yet simple dishes that can be easily cooked in the comfort of your own home.
The photography and the backdrop in which each dish is presented is phenomenal and is simply a sight to behold. This book is worth buying just to stare at the delectable pictures!

THE ROASTING TIN - MAY 30TH
Rukmini Iyer’s The Roasting Tin books have revolutionised the way we cook at home. It makes the usual midweek chaos of having to whip up a meal for the family a breeze with her “chuck it in the oven” approach!
Her latest book promises to deliver incredible tasting dishes for even the busiest of cooks! She promises a total of 75 recipes that take less than 10 minutes to prepare and a maximum of 30 minutes in the oven.
