Tacos are great in whatever form they come in. But fish tacos, especially cod tacos are the bomb.

If you’ve never tried cod in a tacos before i’m about to blow your mind. This recipe is hella easy and can be made in no time at all.

These tacos use a great combination of spices which you don’t have to travel to Madagascar to find. You can find them all in your local UK based supermarket, I got mine from the orange one (also known as Sainsburys).

Here’s what you’ll need to do create some fire cod tacos:

1) Place cod in a medium size bowl. Whisk together the oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, cajun spice, jalapeno, and coriander and pour over the cod. Let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. If you have more time, let that baby sit longer.

2) About 5 mins before you wake the fish up, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

3) Remove the code from the marinade place onto the hot grill, flesh side down. Grill the fish for  minutes on the first side and then flip for about 30 seconds and then remove. Let rest for 5 minutes then flake the code with a fork.

4) Place the tortillas on the grill for 10 seconds on each side. Divide the fish among the tortillas and garnish with the Guac, Salsa & Sour Cream.

Boom!
